Snapshots Of Gratitude
I missed a few weeks of my Sunday Gratitude Practice. Travels and illness kept me from posting, but I still often felt grateful, and expressed it. This week I am grateful for snail mail from people who *get* me. I’m grateful for Brené Brown’s research and commitment to helping people. I’m grateful for hikes in the woods, and the fun found by jumping from boulder to boulder. And I’m grateful for the promise of a blank page.
The practice of gratitude grounds me. It says- “when lost, start here.” It peels back the layers of self-doubt and worry, revealing a life lived now, and a life lived lovely.
