Honey-Roasted Peanuts Recipe
I’ve not had bread in about a year. But honey? Oh honey, do I love me some honey! Here’s a quick recipe I enjoyed today.
Place 2 teaspoons of butter or ghee with 1/4 cup of honey in a glass bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds to melt.
Stir in 1 cup of peanuts.
Spread the coated peanuts out on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 for 15 minutes, pulling them out to flip around every 5.
Remove from oven, and sprinkle a little salt on them as they cool.
No need for storing instructions. They won’t last long. 😉
