Writing can help us process
Painting can help us process
Strumming a guitar
Stirring a soup
Mowing a lawn
Climbing a mountain
Walking a path
Pulling weeds
Closing our eyes
Taking a breath

It’s all up in our heads, every day, being twisted, unwritten, revived, and relived. Better out than in, these stories we tell ourselves. Do something with those stored-up narratives and shored-up lies about yourself! I’m speaking to myself, here. And if it benefits you too, well how awesome is that? We’re all in this together. All wronged and haunted and weighted-down. If we each did one thing differently today, one thing to maybe change the direction of it all, would we meet on a more peaceful plain tomorrow? Perhaps.
