Keep Choosing Courage
It’s been a long week for some of us. Hard work, physical pain, unanswered questions, and as always, holding difficult spaces. Just wanted to drop a note here on this blue-sky Saturday morning and remind you that if you’re feeling scarcity, shame, or comparison, Brené Brown says you’re doing something right. When we show up and choose courage in our lives, it’s going to feel uncomfortable. That’s why it’s important to remember why you started. When you have a clear sense of purpose, you’ve got some stability against the wind. When you know what you want, you’re willing to endure more pain to get it.
It’s easy to droop in our drive when we don’t seem to be getting anywhere. To bring our focus back to what really matters, and operate in a place of resilience, let’s remember why we started, and keep choosing courage.
You’re not alone in this! I see your hard work, and my own, and it shines with dignity and strength. <3
