In the video, My Pill Journey, shared on Story Of My Life, a woman chronicles her mental health treatment. I related to her story. Many of us are working hard to stay healthy and here. When we share our stories, we are offering common humanity. Again, we may have to go through hell, but we don’t have to go alone.
